Take your time at any time and shop.
We are open 24 hours a day and there is never a queue at the checkout. 

1. Choose a category and then click on the product you are interested in to get detailed information. Specify colour and size, where applicable, and click on the ”Add to cart” button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. You will find selected items at bargain prices under Sale.

2. At the top of the page you can see a list of the items you have in your shopping cart and the sum that you have shopped for. To see pictures of the items in your cart, click on the chart. You can change or delete an item or change the number ordered direct from your shopping cart. Click on the "Update" button to make the changes.

3. Before going to the checkout you must fill in your address and contact information. It is important that you give us your correct e-mail address as we will send a confirmation of your order with your order number to the e-mail dress you give us. If you are already a registered customer, you can log in with your e-mail address and your password.

4. When you are satisfied that your shopping cart contains what you want, click on Checkout, where you will see the delivery charge for the items in your cart. Delivery within Sweden costs 59 SEK. Orders to the value of 750 SEK or more are sent free of charge within Sweden. Delivery costs outside Sweden are based on the weight and volume of your order. 

On this page you can even change the delivery address (does not apply to purchases made on invoice) if you would like to send a gift to someone.

5. Choose your payment option:

By invoice (at present this is only for customers living in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway). You must provide your civil registration number (personnummer) so that we can request a simple credit report. Choose SEK, EUR, Danish crowns or Norwegian crowns.

Credit card payment (Visa or MasterCard). Note! Card payment available only in SEK and EUR.

You can read about the terms for the different credit options under ”Terms of sale”. On this page you will also find information on how to return purchases and how to make claims. Click on ”Continue" to confirm your order.

6. To finalise your order click on the ”Confirm order” button. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, you have now completed your purchase. If you would like to pay with a credit card, you will be put through to the next step to complete your purchase.

Your order will go to us at the same time as you receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us via e-mail at info@dinabutiker.com.
